GAP Renew, (part of the GAP Group) a leading company in the field of appliance and consumer electronics refurbishment and recycling, has chosen ArrowXL the UK’s largest and longest established two-person home delivery specialist, to deliver their re-purposed appliances to customers across the UK.
GAP Renew offers a comprehensive service throughout the entire product lifecycle, from collection and assessment to refurbishment and resale. ArrowXL will deliver over 2,000 refurbished items per month to consumers using their 48-hour service. Customers will have access to the ArrowXL’s ‘askAXL’ tracking web app, allowing them to track their delivery in real time using the interactive map.
Steve Lineton, Managing Director at GAP Renew said: “We have a customer-centric approach at GAP and were looking for a delivery partner who shared our desire for a first-class customer experience. ArrowXL’s excellent reputation for two-person delivery aligns with our dedication to quality and reliability. We look forward to progressing this new partnership and working together to change the reuse refurb landscape for appliances and beyond.”
Craig Kavanagh, Sales Director from ArrowXL, added: “As a forward-thinking logistics business, we recognise our responsibility to the environment and are committed to minimising our CO2 emissions and waste; and utilising sustainable energy sources. Working with GAP Renew is a great opportunity to become part of the circular economy, driving sustainable solutions for a greener future. We look forward to progressing this partnership further as GAP Group open their second recycling plant in Scotland.”
