Europe Net now also assistance partner for Alltrucks Netherlands.
ADAC TruckService subsidiary Europe
Net is offering full-coverage breakdown assistance in the Netherlands for the
Alltrucks workshop network. This service can be used both by the customers of
the Alltrucks partner workshops and by all other professional drivers or
commercial vehicle users who need roadside assistance. The hotline can be
reached free of charge from May 1 on 00800 46835033.
Incoming emergency calls are always handled in the language of the caller. The
service agents first check whether a nearby Alltrucks partner workshop can
provide roadside assistance. If this is not the case, Europe Net forwards the
request to its own network. Europe Net handles all administrative processes in
order to support the Alltrucks workshops in their day-to-day operations.
Alltrucks is a joint venture of the Bosch, Knorr-Bremse and ZF companies and
offers maintenance and repair services for commercial vehicles of all makes.
Around 300 partner repair workshops throughout Europe have already joined the
network. Alltrucks breakdown assistance is available not only in the Netherlands
but also in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. There are plans to extend
these services to Spain and France.
