Spartan Forklifts join Toyota’s national dealer network
Toyota Material Handling UK (TMHUK) has announced the appointment of a new addition to its national dealer network. Bradford-based Spartan Forklifts became an official Toyota dealer on September 1st following a signing ceremony held at the company’s West Yorkshire premises.
Established in 2009, Spartan is known throughout the industry for the excellence of its after sales support service and its commitment to delivering consistently high levels of customer care.
The company supplies new and refurbished materials handling equipment to a large customer network, although it is particularly active in West Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.
Joining the Toyota dealer network means that Spartan can now offer the full Toyota range of quality new and used forklifts and warehouse equipment, as well as genuine Toyota parts and operator training and safety courses.
Spartan Forklifts’ founder and Managing Director Adam Hughes commented: “Becoming part of the Toyota dealer family is very exciting for everyone at Spartan. Working with the world’s leading forklift truck manufacturer will allow us to upscale our operation significantly and extend our service support to customers that operate some of the UK’s largest MHE fleets.”
Sam Gray, Dealer Manager of TMHUK, said: “Toyota has a dedicated, strategically positioned dealer network and we are extremely pleased that Spartan is now part of it. Adam and his team have developed an impressive business, and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship between our two companies.”
